there is much room for improvement on the
packaging of the products. Most of the time
the pumps on the bottles do not work and
I have to have them replaced. Surely you can
come up with something that will work all
the time!!! I would think as expensive the
products are the better the packaging. Also,
I wish you could package the travel items
so they could be sold individually. It is a
pain to have to replace a whole kit when
one or two items are needed
Thanks,

1. Written by Jenny, on 13-10-2009 13:40 Thanks guys. I was surfing for reviews on Arbonne products. As an esthetician I have to consult people on products. However, reading here made me certain to avoid Arbonne products, as it's just a multi-marketing products, and their so called "vegan" products is a laugh! It seems, most positive reviews are coming from the Arbonne consultants who are desperately trying to make sells. I would say, dear desperate "sale" people, instead of getting upset over the honest negative reviews on Arbonne products, and telling people to get "lives", it's YOU who need to get a "life"-- and a job, for that matter. And a real one too! If too lazy to do that, then talk to a Mary Kay representive. Not only are their products better than Arbonne, but so is their manners!
2. Written by snarkyposterhater, on 20-08-2009 20:26 Considering that most of the snarky comments telling posters "to get a life" obviously come from Arbonne consultants, I'll be staying away from this company as well. People who have complaints about faulty, overpriced products, don't need to get a life, they need to find a better product. ![]()
3. Written by ht, on 18-08-2009 21:51 yea. Arbonne products are soooo expensive..NOT!! go and get high quality products over the counter..then compare.. or sure go to your CVS ..& buy product cheap BUT plenty Chemicals and put that on your face.. hm u ever heard that saying" YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"? Thats right ..Arbonne is all about results..if not return empty by 45 days!!!!
4. Written by Kristen, on 28-01-2009 22:30 Just talk to your sales consultant, they will happily replace any of the bottles that are malfunctioning. Or they should. The pumps are air tight and need to be primed, so make sure you do this the first time you use them if you want them to work right.
5. Written by Michele.., on 04-12-2008 07:44 Your Arbonne Rep was lack in explaining something to you..ALL of their skincare has special pumps that are pre-metered. So, once SMALL pump is all you need to do your entire face and neck. In addition, the products are all natural and have little preservatives. To keep these products fresh and air tight the pumps are designed so that you must "prime" them once you receive them. It actually says this on their website and all consultants are supposed to advise to of this. Sorry that you were not informed, but the products are phenomenal and now you know that their pumps are not faulty but created that way. Thanks.
6. Written by CJ, on 08-10-2008 15:56 Boo Hoo...........send the product back......and by the way.....when you go back to the Lancome counter.....ask the $6.00 an hour girl behind the counter if you can return an empty bottle.....you need a life if a cosmetic bottle has gotten you fired up that you would not use a safe product again......get a life! |
7. Written by Julie, on 04-10-2008 17:31 I agree. I just got my first bottle of make up primer, and had the same problem. I was disappointed after spending so much on the product
8. Written by Dawn, on 31-08-2008 07:16 I agree. The pumps on the bottles are faulty and I have decided to stop using the products as the results aren't worth the price. I don't send the product back but try to scoop the product out of the bottles the best way I can.The gold "paint" on the caps flake off also and my face gets covered with gold specks.
