Arbonne is a hypocrite company who would accommodate people of color but not to people with disabilities. I have contacted them several times through email and by phone.

No response from the company. I expressed my concerns about not being able to find information such as renewal membership in the website as I did not receive the postcard of renewal reminder due to my relocation. Again, no response from them. All I receive is eblast from the leader.

I had to ask my friend who is the front line of arbonne to step in.

My friend learned that Arbonne has the reputation for discriminating people with disabilities. I decided not to renew my membership after 6 years with the company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: get my 35% discount as independent consultant.

I can't understand why you people are complaining. Take some responsibility for your actions.

They do not discriminate I have severe disabilities and my consultantwent out of her way to help me. If you all would like I will give you her name.

in addition to my comment below, im not sure if this will help at all but in the most recent Arbonne notice sent out to all consultants they stated: "If you have a Gmail account or are not receiving Emails please add reply@***.arbonnemail.com to your Email contact list and all will be resolved. "

Discriminate against you because of your disability? I'm a little confused as to how they would discriminate against you because of your disability.

The last time I sent an email or phoned the company, they couldn't see me to know what colour I was or if I have a disability. Yes, you have a reason to feel disappointed and frustrated if they didn't return your calls or emails but please don't play the "disability" card for a reason. Sounds to me that you have a problem with your disability and will use it as an excuse to complain.

Arbonne is a multi-million dollar business that is growing bigger every year,

they have just launched a multi-million dollar new platform website and have had teething issues as was expected and we as consultants were warned about issues continuously as they arose. After 6 years with the company you have suddenly decided in the hear say of your up-line to quit?

May I ask? What did your up-line that stepped get told?

"Oh sorry, we don't respond to that person that's helped this company for the last 6 years because they have a disabitlity"

Please, how pathetic of you and your up-line. An absolutley ridiculous statement/complaint.

How have they discriminated against disability? I too have sent emails to Arbonne and have not received any replies but what you need to understand is, how much has Arbonne expanded in the past few months?

If you are receiving a load of automotive emails from Arbonne you would have read that they are apologetic in regards to how 'messy' the business side of things are at the moment. This company is the most giving/rewarding company I have ever come across and if you have been a consultant for the past 6 years why would they discriminate now? No! It has nothing to do with discrimination.

Your up line and team also have a responsibility to be there trying to help your problem.

That is what Arbonne is all about YOUR TEAM. It's really sad to see how aggressive and angry people get about easy resolved solutions, yes it may be a little inconvenient but these things can be fixed.
