Joined as a consultant, purchased 2 kits. Was originally charged twice, two completely different charges appeared. After many phone calls to them I that got ressolved.

Finally a few weeks later the products arrived I called to get a return address and was given 3 different incorrect addresses, edventually I got an address they guaranteed was correct. After many more phonecalls with very little cooperation from them I returned all the products unopened in the original packing at my expense and simply wanted confirmation that they have received them, well that took a lot for them to edventually agree they had arrived.

Then a refund of only a small portion of what I paid was returned, I called again and of course given the usual run around and yet still cant seem to get any co operation out of this company or my full refund. Still waiting on a reason as to why they just decided to keep a few hundred dollars, most likely will never get my full refund or any reason from them.

Honestly I would stay well away from anything to do with Arbonne, they have got to be the most hopeless company I have ever dealt with not supporting their consultants or assisting whatsoever, just a total rip off scam system and the products themselves are just over rated, overpriced and definitely not worth all the problems of simply trying to purchase from them. If u really want them it would be easier to buy them from a seller through ebay for half the price without all the drama from Arbonne.

Many phone calls to get the right address? Its on the website and Im sure that anyone would have told you the correct address the first time you called.

After hosting an Arbonne party for a consultant I know, many of us were looking forward to receiving and trying out these new and "pricey natural" products we ordered. We received separate emails that our orders had arrived.

The initial follow -up call to pick up our orders from a Canadian depot has been a joke not to mention the telephone Customer Service reps are awful, disorganized and careless. I could not understand why each of the orders were charged a $5 shipping fee when these needed to be picked up by us.

Apparently, home delivery would incur even more shipping fees so really, I am better off walking into a Sephora or Kiehls to receive far more superior customer service, product lines and hassle-free shopping. :upset :( :x :cry :?
