Arbonne - Never buy their products again !!!

Arbonne rep said order would be there in 3-4 days. Shipping cost $13.00. To go where? Not to my house, not even after one month . . and then, the order was only half there. Rep claimed products were backordered. Rep claimed she was waiting on other orders. Finally told Rep. Nelia Rushman, I want my money back. She got a $140.00 interest free loan from me for over a month. I got my money back eventually but only after so many lies, how about this one, someone's dog ate my peanut butter weight loss candy? Will never buy or recommend this product line to anyone, ever. Customer service told there was nothing they could do I had to go thru the rep who never had one word of truth come of her mouth.

I had a similar complaint with another client whose Rep was the same way. But that is why Arbonne has other Reps to help you out. Instead of being frustrated with the products find someone else that can help you. Arbonne has a location on the website were you can find another Consultant. Sound like you weren't interested in products in the first place. I'm sorry you have a bad experience but don't let that ruin it, if you like the products. There are other Consultants that can help.

So where will you shop live eat and breath when you give up everything after a bad experience? I could understand if you hated the product. Put the blame where it should be. I am so glad that perfect people like you are here to save the world! It seems that you would give great FAIR customer service!

That ***....I guess oe bad apple spoils the rest. I love Arbonne, I just became a consultant, I couldn't imagine treating a customer like that. If I were you I would try again, Arbonne products are some of the best out there. Don't miss out because of a bad sales rep. YOu wouldn't stop going to a major department store if you came across one horrible sales person would you?

Don't blame all Arbonne reps for the actions of 1 person. This person should not be in the bussiness, but that does not mean another rep would treat you that way. I would never have told you my dog ate your bar, IF that is what really happened I would have purchased a replacement. People like this on give everybody a bad name and that is not fair

Why didnt you try contacting upper managment or her boss at Arbonne? I am sure from what Iknow of Arbonne they would have made every effort to get you what you ordered and paid for. And this irresponsible rep would no longer be working for Arbonne.

I could easily see never dealing with what sounds like a consultant who is at best unorganized and inconsiderate and at worst completely dishonest...but to say that people shouldn't deal with the company and the many ethical and caring consultants is a bit extreme don't you think?

You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Wasn't impressed with the service from the rep or Arbonne. There are other great companies out there with excellent products, why should I waste my time with Arbonne? If a dog bites you once, do you go back to see if it'll bite you again. If so, you shouldn't be selling or buying anything!

Unfortunately you do have to purchase arbonne products through a consultant (you can do this easily on line) but that's just one of the things that set's the company apart from others. You then do have a contact should you have questions or concerns and they have your best interest at heart. Sounds like you found one that just wasn't representing the company so well. Give it another shot. The products are well worth it!

So let me get this straight...your rep from Arbonne did not deliver the goods...right? So why are you dissing Arbonne? Isnt it your Rep that you should be upset with not the product itself. I would go online and buy the product directly and not go through a disty. (distributer)
I think its silly to say you will never buy their products when you do not even know how great they are.......JMO
